For English, the consultation staff can directly respond to consultations. For Chinese, Indonesian, and Vietnamese, there is usually 1 day per week where an interpreter will be available to facilitate consultations. You are welcome to come in on days when no interpreting staff are present and have the consultation facilitated by a telephone interpreting service.
