Hello from Kocoforre (Kochi Consultation Center for Foreign Residents)!<\/p>\n

Education Guidance 2026\u3000What is the Japanese Education System?<\/p>\n

\uff5eCreating a Network for Families with Foreign Roots in Kochi\uff5e<\/p>\n

Following last year’s successful event, Kocoforre will once again host the Education Guidance together with the Kocoforre Supporter Training.<\/p>\n

Have you ever wondered:<\/p>\n

“I don’t really understand how the Japanese school system works.”<\/p>\n

“I’d like to know more about continuing on to high school or university.”<\/p>\n

“I don’t have anyone I can talk to about raising children in Japan.”<\/p>\n

This event will provide easy-to-understand information about Japan’s education system and educational pathways. It is also a great opportunity to meet other families with foreign roots, as well as supporters, and talk casually about parenting and education.<\/p>\n

To help parents participate with peace of mind, we will provide:<\/p>\n

Childcare offered by babysitters<\/p>\n

Summer vacation homework support by university student volunteers<\/p>\n

A kids’ corner with cultural activities such as calligraphy and origami<\/p>\n
