Kocoforre provides free consultations for foreign residents living in Kochi Prefecture and Japanese who are involved with foreign residents. Matters discussed during the consultation will be private. If you are struggling with something please come for a consultation.
| Consultation Hours | • Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM Closed on Sundays, public holidays, and the New Year holidays. However, the center will also be closed on Saturdays that fall within a three-day weekend or longer, and on all Saturdays in August. On Saturdays, consultations will take place at the Kochi International Association (KIA) on the 2nd floor of the same building. |
