On December 14th, 2025 (Sunday), Consultation Event for Foreign Residents and Short Seminar will be held in Nankoku-City.
Consultation Event for Foreign Residents
At the consultation event, officers of the Takamatsu Regional Immigration Bureau will be available for “Status of Residence Consultations” (pertaining to immigration, residency procedures, specified skilled worker visa, etc) while Counseling Staff of the Kochi Consultation Center for Foreign Residents will conduct “General Consultations” (pertaining to work, medical care, education, troubles, etc). Both consultations are available not only to foreigners, but also to people who interact with foreigners frequently, local enterprises, local government employees, etc. Consultations are free.
Reservations are required for “Status of Residence Consultation”, and each group is limited to 40 minutes of consultation time. Reservations are not required for “General Consultation,” but in the case of a large number of consulters, those with reservations will receive priority over those who did not reserve. To reserve, use Google form or fill in the “Application Form” below and send it in to our center by email, fax, or post, by December 7th (Sunday).
Consultations in Japanese and English will be done directly with the advisor. For other languages, there will be an interpreter who will conduct consecutive interpreting either in person or via the phone.
